Water Rates
The current water rate consists of a monthly $50.00 user fee, with water usage billed on a cumulative basis. Each monthly invoice includes a minimum charge of $75.00 for the first 2,000 gallons.
Accounts 90 days past due will be disconnected. There will be a $100.00 disconnect fee and a $100.00 reconnect fee.
All payments are due by the 25th of the month. Any late payments will be accessed a late payment fee of $20.00 per month.
A locked mailbox is located at the corner of Neck Yoke Rd and Hart Ranch Rd W where your payment can be deposited. Look for the black mailbox with i.d. label. Or you can mail to:

Membership and Connection Fees
| Connection to any mainline of the Pine Grove Community Water Association is contingent upon the availability of water on the section of the mainline desired to be tapped. At this time there is no restriction on membership/tap sales on the system. | |

All connections to the Pine Grove Community Water Association (PGCWA) require an Association membership. Membership in the association allows the member the right to "tap" the mainline (a tap is a service connection). The membership is $20,000.00. Membership is associated with both the member and the member's property and is transferrable; if the member sells the property the membership transfers to the new owner. Membership fees are non-refundable.
The estimated equipment, labor, and inspection fee include the required meter pit, connection hardware designated by the association, and inspection of the installation before burial. All connections are required to have a cistern. More information on connecting to the system is available by calling Gerry Broer at 605-390-1967.
