Pine Grove Community Water Association adopts resolutions as the official actions of the Board.
Resolutions are used to establish policy, clarify administrative procedures, authorize expenditures, and formalize decisions affecting the Association and its members. Once adopted, resolutions carry the full force and effect of Board action and remain in effect until amended or repealed by subsequent Board vote.
